Compare two written quotes
For each quote, write the currency, term in months, number of simultaneous screens, player charge, equipment cost and any setup fee. If one service includes two screens and the other includes one, the headline monthly figure compares different offers.
Check the terms behind the total
Ask whether the quoted price includes applicable taxes, which payment methods are accepted and what happens at renewal. Record whether the term is paid in full or instalments. Ask about cancellation and refunds before payment. A longer commitment is larger even when its monthly equivalent looks smaller.
