Trial availability and expiry
A new trial request is available after 24 hours, subject to availability, with up to seven requests in 30 days across our websites. Each set of credentials has its own provider-set expiry. Check the expiry in your player. Do not share credentials or use the trial to exceed the stated limits.
What a subscription quote covers
Ask support to confirm currency, total amount, duration, simultaneous connections, applicable fees, renewal and cancellation terms in writing. A quote request alone does not make a purchase. Follow the rules for your chosen device, player, service and viewing territory.
Catalogue and picture quality
Confirm individual feeds and content availability before activation. Availability, guide data, audio and picture quality can change by source, device and location. Use only services and content you are authorised to access. Contact support if the offer differs from what was confirmed.
