Trial requests
The trial form is hosted by our shared activation service and appears only when you choose to open it. It asks for contact details, your connection type and information needed to provision that connection. A MAG request may need a device MAC address. Details are used to process the trial, apply shared request limits and assist with support.
WhatsApp enquiries
Plan links prepare a message containing your selected duration and screen count. WhatsApp receives the link when you open it. You can review and edit the message before sending it. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to its service.
Privacy questions
Contact support if you want to ask about information associated with your request. Describe the request without including your trial password or full playlist URL. A response may require enough information to identify the request securely.
